This individual will play a highly visible role in supporting enterprise-wide initiatives while partnering with leadership and end users to maximize system effectiveness and operational efficiency., * 5+ years of ERP Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise ERP platforms * Hands-on experience supporting IFS ERP environments required * Experience with IFS Cloud strongly preferred * Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, projects, and operations * Experience with reporting, analytics, and business intelligence tools, including Power BI * Familiarity with Azure environments and related technologies * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities * Ability to work effectively with both business users and technical teams * Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred Experience: * ERP implementation, migration, or transformation project experience * Experience supporting large-scale system integrations * Advanced reporting and dashboard development capabilities * Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, engineering, or project-based business environments, You are a self-starter who enjoys solving complex business challenges through technology.
