This role will be responsible for the administration, configuration, customization, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and related Atlassian tools., The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing Atlassian Cloud environments, implementing automation solutions, supporting integrations, and driving process improvements across project delivery and IT operations teams., * Administer and maintain Jira Cloud and Confluence environments. * Configure projects, workflows, issue types, permissions, schemes, and custom fields. * Manage Atlassian platform upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives. * Monitor system performance and ensure platform reliability. Configuration & Customization * Design and implement Jira workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting solutions. * Configure and maintain ScriptRunner scripts, APIs, webhooks, and integrations. * Develop advanced JQL queries for reporting and analytics. * Create and maintain custom solutions supporting business and technical requirements.
