This position operates at the intersection of strategy, operations, and project management, ensuring that newly acquired businesses are effectively aligned with the company's operational, financial, and strategic objectives. The role partners cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, HR, IT, and Commercial teams to coordinate integration activities, track execution progress, and support leadership in delivering value creation targets. The Integration Analyst contributes directly to capturing acquisition synergies, standardizing processes, and enabling scalable growth.
