Managing the physical inflow and outflow of equipment - from receiving and staging to deployment and returns - plays a critical role in ensuring client projects run on time and without error. Role Overview We are seeking an IT Asset Coordinator for a rapidly scaling robotics company to own the physical lifecycle of hardware across client deployments and internal operations. This role is responsible for receiving, staging, tracking, shipping, and returning equipment - ensuring that every device is accounted for, properly configured for handoff, and delivered to the right place at the right time. The IT Asset Coordinator will work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement to bridge the gap between what's been ordered and what's physically in hand. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, and takes pride in keeping operations running cleanly behind the scenes.
