You collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement and innovation. You thrive in dynamic environments where problem-solving and learning new technologies are encouraged., * 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer supporting enterprise-level implementations.

 * Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes.
 * Experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities such as Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, or RPA.
 * Solid understanding of ServiceNow data models, security, ACLs, application scoping, and best practices.
 * Experience developing and supporting integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, MID Server, and third-party systems.
 * Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
 * ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS are preferred.

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or custom scoped applications.
 * Implement AI-enabled features within ServiceNow, including Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, and automation solutions.
 * Customize ServiceNow using business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and workflows while following best practices.
 * Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
 * Develop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and third-party systems as needed.
 * Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.
 * Participate in code reviews, platform upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
