## About the Role

* Strong experience leading enterprise application modernization initiatives
 * Expertise with legacy platform transformation, cloud migration, and modernization strategies
 * Experience designing cloud-native architectures across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
 * Knowledge of application re-platforming, refactoring, and modernization methodologies
 * Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
 * Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and scalable application design
 * Experience leading large transformation programs involving multiple stakeholders and delivery teams
 * Excellent communication, consulting, and executive presentation skills

Preferred

 * Experience modernizing mainframe or iSeries environments
 * Knowledge of modernization platforms and migration toolsets
 * Experience with cloud operating models, governance, and organizational change initiatives
 * Experience within consulting or enterprise transformation environments

## Description

* Assess legacy application portfolios and develop modernization roadmaps
 * Define target-state architectures and cloud transformation strategies
 * Lead application migration, re-platforming, refactoring, and modernization initiatives
 * Design scalable cloud-native solutions utilizing AWS, Azure, and GCP technologies
 * Develop technical blueprints and modernization frameworks
 * Lead cross-functional teams through modernization, testing, deployment, and adoption efforts
 * Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies throughout transformation programs
 * Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align modernization efforts with organizational objectives
 * Establish governance, operating models, and best practices for modernized environments
 * Provide technical leadership and mentorship across multiple teams and programs
