## About the Role

Do you have experience in VPN management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience

 * 5-10 years of experience in network engineering, architecture, or ISP operations
 * Strong expertise with BGP, MPLS, OSPF/IS-IS, IPv6, NAT/CG-NAT, and VPN technologies
 * Experience with broadband service provider networks and backbone infrastructure
 * Hands-on knowledge of routing, switching, fiber transport, peering, and subscriber technologies
 * Experience with platforms such as Cisco, Juniper, MikroTik, Nokia, or similar technologies
 * Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and documentation skills
 * Ability to independently lead complex technical initiatives
 * Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIS/JNCIP, or similar are a plus

What You'll Do

 * Design and implement scalable broadband and backbone network infrastructure
 * Lead deployment and optimization of routing, transport, and peering environments
 * Provide Tier 3 escalation support for critical network and performance issues
 * Develop network standards, engineering templates, and operational best practices
 * Perform testing and validation for new hardware, platforms, and configurations
 * Troubleshoot routing, switching, transport, fiber, and CPE environments
 * Partner with Engineering, Operations, and the NOC to support network growth and reliability
 * Mentor engineers and provide advanced technical leadership across the organization
 * Support maintenance windows, limited on-call activities, and operational escalations as needed
