* Must hold an active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance (MPO)

 * Must be willing to work one shift, no dual employment

 * Certifications: IAT II, AZ900 or similar cloud certification (highly preferred)

 * Willingness to shift work, as 24/7 support is essential

 * Excellent customer service skills and focus.

 * Education: Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of related professional experience

· Troubleshoot and resolve system issues utilizing customer tools

· Document all findings from tickets and incidents

 * Automate and troubleshoot tasks using various scripting languages and services

· Provide end-user support to customers at the Tier I-III level in cloud based environments
