Your organization will deliver deep technical engagement, scalable customer support, and actionable insights that shape product roadmaps and business strategy. You will: * Set team priorities that ensure consistent, high-quality execution * Build and develop the technical strength of the team * Represent the voice of the customer to influence product definition, architecture, and quality * Partner closely with design, systems, marketing, and field teams to drive aligned execution * Ensure customers can integrate, evaluate, and launch ADI BMS solutions with confidence * Drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and customer-support scalability This role requires broad systems thinking across semiconductors, hardware, embedded software, algorithms, functional safety, cybersecurity, and customer applications. The ideal candidate blends technical depth with business judgement, customer empathy, and proven people leadership.
