* They need someone who can Build the Product: Technical enough to build from scratch

Must Have:

 * SQL
 * Python
 * Visualization, Dashboards, and Tables: PowerBI or Tableau
 * They really need to be a high level technical contributor who works with VPs and business drivers with ML product
 * Someone who is strong with navigating people process and technology and contributing something tangible that converts to ROI

 * They need someone who can Lead the work: Soft skills to be able to meeting with stakeholders, spec out work, gather requirements
 * Level: at least senior manager or principal level resource in an enterprise environment shipping data science projects will be a nice to have
 * They really need to be a high level technical contributor who works with VPs and business drivers with ML product
 * Industry: enterprise level would be ideal, automotive would be a standout

## Description

* Building machine learning products that produce tangible business value
 * Lawrence will be asking for dollars of revenue or dollars of cost saving because of what they shipped into production
 * Do you have track record of contributing and making impact on the team
 * PLEASE ASK candidates: what they built, how it impacted the business ($$), and why it was successful
