What will you do? * Collaborate closely with the Regional ERP Deployment Leader on strategy, resources, project schedule, etc. * Prepare the plan for execution and delivery of ERP deployment projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements. * Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments (finance, HR, Supply Chain, Deployment, Plants, etc.) to gather requirements and ensure the ERP system meets organizational needs. * Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. * Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and gather input from stakeholders throughout the deployment process. * Monitor project progress, address issues and make adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track. * Ensure comprehensive training and change management strategies are in place to support users during and after the deployment. * Prepare and present project updates and reports to executive leadership and stakeholders. * Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within project teams.
