Reporting to the Senior Director Program Delivery, this part-time, non-exempt role will support our internal technical operations needs. In this position, you will manage our internal IT documentation, reporting and support in partnership with our external IT Managed Services Provider., The essential duties of this role are grouped into categories, with the approximate percentage of time spent on each category indicated below IT Support Desk Management (30%) * Triage incoming IT Requests and determine whether they can be solved in-house, or whether they need to be escalated to our external IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) * Coordinate with our MSP to ensure escalated IT Requests are completed on time according to our Service Level Agreement (SLA) and with high requestor satisfaction. Requests will include hardware and software access, including onboarding and offboarding staff and temporary workers.
