Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Approximately 2-4 years of experience in IT sourcing, procurement, supply chain, purchasing, project coordination, or a related field.

 * Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 * Experience working with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
 * Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through., * Experience supporting sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or vendor management activities.
 * Exposure to contract administration, supplier engagement, or procurement systems.
 * Ability to identify priorities and proactively keep projects moving forward.

## Description

We are seeking an IT Sourcing Coordinator to support a growing portfolio of sourcing initiatives across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career sourcing or procurement professional who enjoys coordinating projects, communicating with stakeholders, and helping teams move work forward efficiently. In this role, you will help manage and advance a backlog of sourcing projects, working closely with sourcing specialists, business stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure projects remain organized, prioritized, and on track. You will support lower-complexity sourcing efforts while assisting with project coordination and administrative activities across multiple initiatives., * Coordinate and track multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.

 * Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather information, facilitate project progress, and resolve roadblocks.
 * Support sourcing specialists by organizing project documentation, timelines, and priorities.
 * Assist with lower-level sourcing activities and procurement-related tasks.
 * Monitor project status and provide updates to sourcing and business teams.
 * Help drive sourcing initiatives from initial intake through completion.
 * Maintain accurate records and ensure sourcing processes are followed consistently.
