The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in legacy application architectures and modernization approaches, with the ability to critically evaluate technical designs, architectural assumptions, and implementation strategies. This role will serve as an independent technical advisor responsible for assessing solution viability, reviewing vendor deliverables, validating architectural decisions, and providing technical analysis to support project governance and decision-making.
