## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * No high school diploma, Computer Technician. Position is for Part-Time, approx. 10-20 hrs per week. However position may lead to Full-Time.

Responsibilities and Duties

Have a strong motivation to learn and to work quickly and efficiently in the following areas:

 - Answering phone calls and speaking to customers / general public (most important characteristic in determining the job applicant)!

 - GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

 - Sales & Support

 - General PC knowledge (Windows and Mac O/S)

 - Virus removal / Tune-up

 - Data transfer

 - Hardware & Software installation / troubleshooting

 - Service Calls

Qualifications and Skills

 - Excellent communication skills

 - Excellent customer service skills

 - High School Diploma or GED

 - Highly Recommended but not required: A+ Certified or 2+ Years experience in the field

 - Valid Drivers License and Insurance, * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
