Educational & Certification Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, Education, Organizational Change Management, or a related field preferred. * Change management, training, or Salesforce-related certification preferred. ## Description * Lead organizational change management activities for the Salesforce-based AAU Case Management Solution implementation. * Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness planning to support successful enterprise system adoption. * Develop and execute communication, engagement, and adoption strategies for affected business and operational user groups. * Design role-based training plans and curricula aligned to Salesforce case management workflows and user responsibilities. * Create job aids, quick reference guides, training materials, and adoption resources to support end-user readiness. * Partner with project leadership, business stakeholders, trainers, and technical teams to align change management deliverables with implementation milestones. * Monitor adoption risks, training feedback, and readiness issues, and recommend actions to improve user engagement and solution acceptance., * Opportunities to lead impactful transformations in the public sector infrastructure. * Engagement with high-profile government initiatives, supporting meaningful change. * A collaborative environment that values ownership, initiative, and continuous learning.
