Do you have experience in Team development?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * strong AI-native engineering skills

 * experience with agentic AI workflows and automation systems
 * understanding of DevOps, deployments, QA, and cybersecurity
 * ability to move quickly across infrastructure, product, and operational challenges
 * strong systems thinking and workflow design capabilities
 * experience leveraging AI to automate development and operational processes
 * hands-on development and support while building a team

We are specifically looking for someone who has ambition to grow into the CTO role of a disruptive global company over time.
