## About the Role

Do you have experience in Inventory management systems (technically supported)?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High School Diploma or GED.

 * Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 * Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
 * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
 * Ability to work in an onsite office environment.
 * Comfortable working in a call center environment supporting technology projects.

Preferred

 * Experience providing technical support, help desk support, call center support, or project coordination.
 * Experience supporting technology rollouts, hardware deployments, or implementation projects.
 * Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
 * IT hardware installation experience is a plus but not required., * Do you have at least 1 year of experience in a call center, technical support, help desk, technology deployment, or customer support role?
 * Are you able to work onsite in Smithfield, RI 02917, 5 days per week?

## Description

Shift assignments may fluctuate based on project requirements, Advance notice will be provided for schedule changes., We are seeking Technology Rollout Support Representatives to join a fast-paced technology deployment support team. This is a contract position supporting large-scale technology implementation projects across multiple locations.

In this role, you will provide first-level support to field technicians, vendors, and contractors performing technology installations and upgrades. This is not a traditional customer service call center position. Instead, you will support professionals implementing hardware and technology solutions in the field.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously, and possesses strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

 * Provide first-level technical support to field technicians, vendors, and contractors during technology deployments.
 * Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls as required.
 * Troubleshoot and document issues encountered during technology implementations.
 * Monitor and update project tracking applications.
 * Validate implementation activities and ensure project protocols are followed.
 * Communicate updates through email and project management systems.
 * Maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and internal applications.
 * Support multiple rollout projects simultaneously.
 * Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful technology deployments.
 * Follow established procedures, training materials, and project handbooks.
