## Description

A hospital system in Southern New Hampshire is looking to hire a Director of HRIS on a permanent basis. The individual in this role will be the HR Technology lead for the Workday platform and will manage a small team of HRIS Specialists.

This person is responsible for the administration, implementation, and design of all HR technology solutions and will collaborate closely across HR, IT, Finance, and other operational leadership.

*This position will require on-site work in Manchester, NH at least 3 days per week. There is some relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities

 * Lead the end-to-end management of the Workday HRIS platform, including configuration, customization, and upgrades to meet evolving business needs.
 * Develop and execute comprehensive system architecture strategies that align with organizational goals and IT infrastructure standards.
 * Lead, mentor, and develop HR Technology team members, fostering a high-performing, service-oriented function with clear priorities and professional development pathways.
 * Establish and maintain data governance practices, including system audits, data validation, and quality controls to support regulatory and accreditation requirements.
 * Evaluate HR technology platforms and collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and operational leaders to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, optimization, integration, or platform consolidation.
 * Produce and deliver analytics and reporting to support planning, compliance, staffing, and operational decision-making.
