If you've shipped products, built teams, and want to help build something that matters, we want to talk to you. ## Description We're hiring a VP of Engineering to take full ownership of product development and the engineering team. This is a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves role. You'll inherit a Mechanical Engineer and be expected to personally contribute while building the processes the department needs to scale. The right person runs toward problems, is compulsive about verification, takes personal ownership of every product we're shipping, and is energized by the intensity (and fun!) of a startup environment. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Development Full accountability for product development across all lines. Engineering processes: design reviews, gate criteria, DFMEA, change management. Design for manufacturability from day one. Leadership Direct team management, coaching, and culture building. Technical voice in investor meetings and board presentations. Recruiting and onboarding as company scales. Operations Vendor and supplier management with international partners in collaboration with COO. Acceptance testing and quality systems. Product roadmap collaboration with CEO.
