Corporate office hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 4am - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs., * Assist project architects and designers to ensure plans meet client standards and codes. * Collaborate with clients, contractors, and design teams to facilitate the design process. * Ensure all construction complies with client specifications, building codes, and regulations. Architectural Tasks * Provide leadership and guidance to architects and designers on multifamily projects. * Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning, and industry standards; mentor junior staff. * Review and approve architectural documents for accuracy, quality, and timelines. * Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants for integrated designs. * Assist contractors during construction to resolve technical issues and ensure design compliance. * Stay current with trends and incorporate sustainable, energy-efficient solutions. * Support budget evaluations and propose value-engineering options without sacrificing quality. * Implement and maintain quality control throughout the design process. Communication & Reporting * Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and project stakeholders. * Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to internal and external teams. * Facilitate meetings to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
