Every customer leaves it with core setup complete and ready to schedule their first patient. * You hand off to Customer Success with well-configured, operationally confident practices that are set up to grow with Valant long-term - not practices that need to be rescued. ## Related Videos - [Valven Atlas: Engineering Intelligence That Delivers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1660-valven-atlas-engineering-intelligence-that-delivers) - [Beyond the Hype: Building Trustworthy and Reliable LLM Applications with Guardrails](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1594-beyond-the-hype-building-trustworthy-and-reliable-llm-applications-with-guardrails) - [Crypto-secure Data Management with In-Database Blockchain](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/632-crypto-secure-data-management-with-in-database-blockchain) - [Software Rollouts Are a People Problem: Meet the Nine Change Management Monsters](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2109-software-rollouts-are-a-people-problem-meet-the-nine-change-management-monsters) - [Fleet Management - Reinvented](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/473-fleet-management-reinvented) - [Build Delightful Mobile Experiences with Kotlin, Realm, and Atlas Device Sync](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/694-build-delightful-mobile-experiences-with-kotlin-realm-and-atlas-device-sync) ## Related Articles - [From developer to manager – what does it take to become an engineering manager?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/42-from-developer-to-manager-what-does-it-take-to-become-an-engineering-manager) - [Highest Paying Tech Companies for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/220-highest-paying-tech-companies-for-developers) - [Should Tech Managers Be Developers First?
