## About the Role

Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 8+ years of software development experience, including significant experience building complex frontend applications

 * BS or MS degree in Computer Science or relevant technical field involving coding, or equivalent practical experience
 * Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend application development
 * Experience building performant, interactive web or desktop applications
 * Experience with real-time communication patterns, including WebSockets or similar technologies
 * Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating frontend applications with backend services
 * Demonstrated ability to contribute to technical initiatives and influence implementation decisions
 * Ability to work with export controlled technology, * Experience building desktop applications with Electron
 * Understanding of UI/UX design principles and frontend optimization techniques
 * Strong programming skills with C and C++ languages
 * Experience developing applications for simulation, visualization, or other performance-sensitive technical environments
 * Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to a team's technical growth

## Description

* Contribute to technical decisions and participate in architectural discussions for frontend applications and related systems
 * Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance frontend applications using modern frameworks and technologies such as React, TypeScript, and Electron
 * Partner with UI/UX designers and other stakeholders to deliver seamless, intuitive user experiences
 * Design and implement real-time, bidirectional communication features to support live data streaming and updates
 * Optimize applications for maximum speed, security, scalability, and maintainability
 * Help define and promote engineering best practices for frontend architecture, testing, observability, and performance
 * Provide technical guidance and support to other engineers on the team
 * Collaborate with backend and platform engineers to ensure efficient integration between frontend applications and underlying services
