Do you have experience in Technical support via email?, a. Communication Skills (Mandatory)

 * Ability to clearly explain technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language
 * Comfortable participating in and leading customer calls

 * Clear written communication (emails, chat responses)
 * Asks clarifying questions and avoids assumptions

b. Customer Interaction Experience (Mandatory)

 * High-level understanding of connectors
 * Awareness of Tenant Connectivity activities
