## About the Role

Do you have experience in User training (technical support)?, * 5+ years of experience working in a professional solutions-based role

 * Ability to explain highly technical material and concepts to stakeholders
 * Expertise with enterprise-level Marketing Automation Platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze, Bloomreach, HubSpot or similar
 * Proficiency in technologies such as REST APIs, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and personalization languages (e.g., AMPscript, Liquid, Handlebars)
 * Knowledge of digital marketing best practices across channels, including email, SMS, push, etc.
 * Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences
 * Certifications in one or more marketing technologies or related technologies are
preferred

## Description

We are seeking a brilliant Solutions Engineer to join the Technical Solutions & Services team at Shaw/Scott. In this role, you would report directly to the Director of Technical Solutions and Services and be the expert technical resource for key clients. In this role, you will be delivering innovative marketing technology solutions for key customers, as well as driving innovation and contributing to the growth of the business., * Serve as a technology expert and trusted point of contact for clients

 * Lead technical design sessions and develop solutions aligned with client objectives
 * Oversee client onboarding, data integrations, technology implementations, and enterprise-level platform migrations
 * Create in-depth documentation, including system diagrams and technical details
 * Provide training and documentation to empower clients and internal teams
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, quality assurance, and account management
 * Demonstrates a growth mindset; identifies growth opportunities and helps improve mature clients' marketing technology capabilities
 * Support business development efforts with the proper information, tools, and subject matter expertise to sell engagements within the offering
 * Stay current with industry trends and maintain technology expertise through certifications and learning
