In this role, you will work closely with a team of Engineers to design material handling equipment. You will use CAD and MS Office software to create manufacturing drawings per customer requirements, customer approval drawings, and instruction documents. Additionally, you will use business management software to create Bills of Materials for work distribution to manufacturing and purchasing, create and review internal notifications, and gather job-related information. You will also provide engineering calculations related to equipment design. Effective communication with Operations, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams to answer questions and resolve issues with jobs in process is essential.
