* Active Epic Certification in one or more Epic applications
 * 3+ years of Epic analyst experience
 * Experience with Epic build, support, optimization, or implementation projects
 * Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and operations
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

 * Multiple Epic certifications
 * Experience supporting large health systems or academic medical centers
 * Full lifecycle Epic implementation experience
 * Experience with Epic upgrades and application managed services
 * Strong testing and troubleshooting skills
