Client is looking for a Global Head - Digital Transformation / Workplace Engineering to partners closely with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, and engineering teams. This individual will define architectural direction, own platform health and performance, influence governance decisions, and communicate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences-including presenting and demonstrating solutions to business-line leaders., * Define and execute the long-term strategic vision and roadmap for all Microsoft 365 platforms and services, ensuring alignment with overall firm objectives, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements. * Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of highly skilled engineers and technical managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. * Provide executive oversight for the design, architecture, and implementation of complex, enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring scalability, security, resilience, and seamless integration with existing firm-wide systems, including Windows 365 and the Power Platform. * Establish and enforce robust governance frameworks, security policies, and compliance standards for all Microsoft 365 services, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulatory mandates within a highly regulated financial services environment. * Collaborate extensively with senior product owners, enterprise architects, engineering leads, compliance, risk, and business unit leaders to understand strategic requirements, manage expectations, and drive successful outcomes for critical initiatives. * Drive the evaluation, pilot, and strategic adoption of new Microsoft 365 features, emerging technologies, and AI-powered capabilities (e.g., Copilot, Teams, Power Platform) to enhance productivity, collaboration, and user experience across the firm. * Oversee the operational, performance, and incident management processes for Microsoft 365 environments, serving as a primary executive escalation point for critical issues and ensuring rapid resolution and root cause analysis. * Oversee all service delivery aspects within VDI, M365, and CSA. This includes ensuring that the delivery meets customer needs, resource planning, staffing needs, cost estimation, budget development and cost control, implementing strategies to improve service delivery, lead career development and succession management efforts to ensure employee retention, motivation and engagement. * Contributing for the transformation in our Global Delivery Unit into the Future Mode of Operation (FMO), that supports large-scale adoption of automation, incorporates follow-the-sun, leverages AI techniques, supports a one-standard approach across all GDCs, securing in parallel quality and competitiveness. ## Related Videos - [JavaScript?
