This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and client-facing, responsible for guiding practices, administrators, and internal teams through each step of implementation. The ideal candidate combines project management skills with strong communication, training, and problem-solving abilities., Project Coordination * Support end-to-end execution of implementation projects, from kickoff through go-live. * Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure milestones are met. * Serve as the point of contact for client teams during the implementation phase. Client Onboarding & Training * Lead onboarding sessions with practice managers, and staff. * Provide product demonstrations, training, and documentation tailored to client needs. * Ensure clients feel confident and supported as they adopt Pulse4Pulse solutions. Cross-Functional Support * Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Clinical teams to align on project scope and execution. * Gather client feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve processes and product performance. * Assist the Director of Business Implementation with reporting, resource coordination, and special projects.
