This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with messy data from multiple systems. You will build dashboards, analyse performance trends, and help leadership understand what is happening across our pharmacies, clinics, and growth initiatives. You will work closely with finance, operations, clinical leadership, and the CEO's office to ensure the company has accurate, timely, and useful reporting to support decision-making. This is not a passive reporting role.
