Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, * 3+ years of data analytics or reporting experience in a technical environment

 * Experience in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated industry
 * Experience working with quality, complaint, post-market surveillance, or product performance data
 * Experience implementing analytics tools, reporting solutions, or data programs

Technical Skills

 * Power BI and/or SQL
 * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, dashboards, complex formulas)
 * Data visualization and reporting
 * Data analysis and trend identification

## Description

* Analyzing customer complaints and post-market data to identify trends and potential product issues
 * Monitoring product performance and quality metrics
 * Creating recurring and ad hoc reports for stakeholders
 * Gathering business requirements and translating them into dashboards and reports
 * Developing and improving analytics tools and reporting processes
 * Supporting data-driven decisions across Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, and Operations teams
 * Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality requirements while supporting patient safety
