AI & Advanced Analytics * Utilize AI-powered tools and analytics platforms to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. * Assist in the development and implementation of predictive models to identify trends in patient outcomes, hospitalizations, provider productivity, and facility performance. * Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions that support organizational goals. * Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization. * Support data quality initiatives and ensure the integrity of AI-generated insights. Healthcare Operations Support * Analyze census, hospitalization, readmission, quality measure, and reimbursement data. * Support value-based care initiatives through performance tracking and outcome measurement. * Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to improve workflows and performance. * Assist with forecasting, resource allocation, and strategic planning initiatives. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare data privacy regulations.
