## About the Role

Do you have experience in Telecommunications network troubleshooting?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred

 * Associate degree and/or experience in related fields will be considered in lieu of education and certification.
 * 3+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering roles.
 * Strong understanding of networking concepts like TCP/IP, OSI model, routing, switching, subnetting, and VLANs.
 * Possesses a mix of practical and academic knowledge of network protocols, services, and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, VLAN, BGP, and OSPF.
 * Solid understanding and proficiency with network diagnostic tools and monitoring systems.
 * Exhibits proficiency with network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls, as well as familiarity with vendors like Aruba, Cisco and Juniper.
 * Capable of troubleshooting all routine, common and repetitive network issues with no assistance, as well as moderately complex issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
 * Intermediate knowledge about some topics relating to cloud networking, SD-WAN, and other modern networking technologies.
 * Shows excellent self-organization and time management skills.

Certification/ Licensure:

 * CompTIA Network+ preferred.
