Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS). * Material handling, warehouse automation, or conveyor system experience. * PLC troubleshooting experience (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff, or similar platforms). * Knowledge of industrial networking and communication protocols. * Experience providing remote technical support to field technicians and customers. ## Description We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide expert troubleshooting, service support, and technical guidance for automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS) and material handling equipment.
