Technical Skills * Advanced SQL development skills, including Microsoft T-SQL. * Experience with data integration and ETL tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or similar platforms. * Exposure to DevOps methodologies and CI/CD practices is preferred. * Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Scala is a plus. * Experience with logical and physical database design. * Familiarity with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Core Competencies * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. * Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and tools. Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in database development within Microsoft SQL Server and/or Microsoft Azure environments. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. ## Description This role is part of a collaborative Agile team responsible for supporting enterprise web applications, data initiatives, reporting solutions, and internal tools.
