This role leads a team of engineering managers, software engineers, and related technical staff. The VP will drive technical strategy, ensure high-quality scalable software delivery, foster a culture of innovation and excellence, and align engineering efforts with overall business objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role in a lean organization, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution., * Leadership & Team Management: Provide inspirational leadership to the Development team.
