## About the Role

Do you have experience in Scrum?, * Proven experience as a Scrum Master within IT finance projects (Banking, Payments, or Financial Services), navigating the unique challenges of regulated environments.

 * Strong familiarity with API and Microservices architectures, enabling you to bridge the gap between technical implementation and business requirements.
 * Expertise in managing bank change management processes, including the preparation and presentation of releases to Change Committees (CAB).
 * Highly organized and self-driven, with a mastery of agile tooling (JIRA, Confluence) to track metrics, manage dependencies in multi-squad setups, and ensure team accountability.
 * xceptional communication skills to navigate all levels of the organization, shielding the team from distractions while keeping stakeholders aligned.
 * Ability to turn complex regulatory and governance requirements into actionable release plans.Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills, with Advanced English (C1 level) being mandatory.
