## About the Role

Do you have experience in Workshop facilitation?, * 7+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.

 * Hands-on experience with at least 2 full-cycle Business Central implementation projects.
 * Strong knowledge of:
 * Financial Management
 * Inventory Management
 * Procurement & Purchasing
 * Supply Chain Management
 * Manufacturing Processes
 * Warehouse Management
 * Experience gathering requirements and conducting workshops with business users.
 * Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., * Experience in Mining, Manufacturing, Metals, Industrial Equipment, or Process Manufacturing industries.
 * Knowledge of Production Planning, BOMs, MRP, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Operations, and Quality Management.
 * Experience integrating Business Central with third-party applications.
 * Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications preferred.
 * Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation Consultant with a strong background in Mining, Manufacturing, or Industrial Operations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end Business Central implementations, gather business requirements, configure solutions, and work closely with stakeholders to optimize business processes across finance, supply chain, inventory, procurement, production, and operations., * Lead and support full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.

 * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
 * Configure Business Central modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management.
 * Conduct business process analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.
 * Design and execute data migration, testing, user training, and go-live activities.
 * Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and reporting requirements.
 * Develop functional design documents and process workflows.
 * Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
 * Work closely with project managers to ensure successful project delivery within scope and timelines.
