## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

 * Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support role
 * Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
 * Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
 * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
 * Good communication and customer service skills
 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

 * Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus
 * Experience with cloud services, cybersecurity basics, or virtualization
 * Knowledge of IT asset management and documentation practices
 * Fluency in Spanish and English preferred

## Description

YKPCX SL is seeking a motivated and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Spain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth and efficient operation of all hardware, software, and network services across the organization., * Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues

 * Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
 * Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, email systems, and business applications
 * Troubleshoot system errors, connectivity issues, and user access problems
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets
 * Monitor IT systems and assist in maintaining network performance and security
 * Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance
 * Document technical issues, solutions, and IT procedures
 * Assist with onboarding and setup of IT equipment for new employees
 * Coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary
