Additional Requirements: * Ability to maintain focus and efficiency while monitoring multiple screens and data sources. * A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving. We are looking for candidates who are flexible working any schedule and working weekends and Holidays! ## Description The position requires flexibility for various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will have a rotating schedule. Flexibility to work a rotating schedule is required. Job is scheduled to start in July of 2026., As an Operations Center Operator, you will be responsible for: * System Monitoring & Control: Overseeing the daily operations of a critical control center, monitoring various systems to ensure optimal performance. This includes identifying and responding to incidents, system anomalies, and planned events promptly. * Incident Response & Coordination: Activating protocols for incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies as needed, and maintaining clear, concise documentation of all events. * Data Management & Analysis: Monitoring real-time data feeds, making adjustments based on established guidelines, and identifying trends or issues for further investigation. * Troubleshooting: Utilizing diagnostic tools to identify and address system problems, escalating complex issues, and suggesting potential solutions. * Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Working closely with various departments, including customer support and field teams, to resolve issues and implement operational improvements. * Problem Solving: Proactively identifying potential issues and applying sound judgment to resolve them effectively. * Operational Standards: Adhering to strict operational procedures, maintaining an organized workspace, and contributing to a high-performance team environment.
