## About the Role

Do you have experience in SAP?, * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, or related field

 * 8+ years of progressive experience in program management, business operations, or related field
 * Experience in Aerospace & Defense industry preferred
 * Strong understanding of contract management, budgeting, cost control, and earned value concepts
 * Experience leading cross-functional teams and multiple complex projects
 * Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contracting preferred
 * Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP or similar enterprise systems

## Description

* Lead cross-functional teams supporting complex aerospace and defense programs and contracts
 * Manage program performance, cost, schedule, and customer commitments
 * Serve as primary customer interface for program updates and issue resolution
 * Develop and execute tactical and operational plans to meet business objectives
 * Oversee contract performance, risk identification, and mitigation strategies
 * Lead development of proposals, contract negotiations, and program reporting
 * Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and other government contract requirements
 * Drive process improvements and support team development and performance
