## Description

Our client is seeking a Lead Network Engineer to design, build, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who can advocate for technical best practices and collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders. This is a hybrid position based in Fairfield County, CT.
Lead Network Engineer's Responsibilities and Duties:

 * Build, configure, and maintain Cisco routers and switches across enterprise environments
 * Design and manage Fortinet firewall policies, rules, and security architecture
 * Deploy and support wireless network infrastructure and VOIP systems
 * Evaluate current network design and architecture, identifying gaps and recommending improvements
 * Communicate technical requirements and best practices clearly to non-technical decision makers
 * Lead network projects from design through implementation, ensuring alignment with business and security standards
