## About the Role

Experienced with architecting and implementing Splunk ITSI Cloud Instance (SaaS model) Monitors and Single Pane of View Dashboards

Hands on experience with

 * Splunk Cloud Platform Implementation framework and setup

 * Service Decomposition, Search Heads (including clusters), Indexers and Forwarders

 * Content packs installation and configurations

 * Clear understanding of KPIs, Metrics, Rules, thresholds etc

 * Configuring interfaces with ServiceNow for alerting and ticketing

 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, splunk engineer / splunk consultant / splunk developer, itsi

## Description

Having a manufacturing industry knowledge/experience/exposure is highly desirable. Currently we are estimating the engagement to last anywhere from 6 to 9 months (subject to change based on client requirements)
