## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in First aid and CPR?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or GED

 * Valid Connecticut driver's license with a clean driving record
 * Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, AED, ( Medication Administration certifications if required)
 * Strong communication and teamwork skills
 * Comfort using computers and basic software
 * A compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to care

 * Implement individualized program plans and engage participants in enriching activities
 * Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment
 * Support community outings and meaningful social experiences
 * Maintain accurate documentation using agency systems
 * Assist with safe transportation of participants using agency vehicles
 * Respond calmly and effectively to behavioral or emergency situations, * Assisting with lifting, transferring, personal care/hygiene and mobility support
 * Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
 * Working in environments with varying noise levels and conditions
 * Attend community outings and events with indivduals
 * driving agency vehicles
 * Following safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols
