Why Trader PhD? ## Description * Troubleshoot Windows PCs, laptops, printers, monitors, mobile devices, and peripherals * Resolve software and hardware issues with minimal disruption to employees * Configure and deploy new workstations and technology * Provide friendly, professional support to employees across every department Google Workspace Administration * Manage Google Workspace users, groups, shared drives, and permissions * Support Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Chat, Meet, and related applications * Troubleshoot account access, email delivery, and sharing issues * Help maintain a secure and organized Workspace environment Windows Administration * Manage Active Directory users and security groups * Create and maintain Windows Group Policy Objects (GPOs) * Support workstation policies, permissions, mapped drives, and login issues * Assist with endpoint configuration and standardization Vendor & Systems Management * Coordinate with software, telecom, and hardware vendors * Track issues through completion and advocate for internal users * Maintain documentation and help improve technology processes Process Improvement & Automation We value people who improve systems instead of repeating manual work.
