## About the Role

Do you have experience in Workforce management?, The ideal candidate combines strong functional knowledge of Workforce Management processes with hands-on expertise in **OTBI** and **BI Publisher (BIP)** report development. Experience supporting healthcare or other complex, shift-based workforces is highly preferred., * Experience developing reports within **Oracle Fusion HCM**

 * Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Workforce Management modules:

 * Time & Labor
 * Scheduling
 * Absence Management
 * Hands-on experience with:

 * Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
 * BI Publisher (BIP), including data models and bursting
 * SQL
 * Understanding of Workforce Management subject areas and Oracle Fusion data structures
 * Experience supporting reporting during Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience in healthcare or other shift-based workforce environments
 * Knowledge of payroll processing and time calculation rules
 * Experience with overtime calculations, shift differentials, and compliance reporting
 * Ability to work directly with business users and functional teams to deliver reporting solutions

## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Management Report Developer** to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and validating reporting solutions across Oracle Fusion Workforce Management modules, including **Time & Labor, Scheduling, and Absence Management**., * Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Fusion **OTBI** and **BI Publisher (BIP)** reports

 * Create reporting solutions for:

 * Time & Labor
 * Workforce Scheduling
 * Absence Management
 * Develop operational and analytical reports including:

 * Timecard summaries
 * Overtime reporting
 * Shift premium reporting
 * Compliance and workforce analytics
 * Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions
 * Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-go-live stabilization activities
 * Troubleshoot and optimize existing reports and reporting processes
