The successful candidate will be responsible for managing network systems, servers, cybersecurity, technical support, and overall IT operations to ensure efficient and secure business performance. This position is part-time with the potential to transition into a permanent role. Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork Management * Monitor, maintain, and optimize network infrastructure. * Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues. * Implement and maintain network security measures. System Administration * Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade servers, hardware, and software. * Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Technical Support * Provide technical assistance to employees and clients both remotely and on-site. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. * Support desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device operations.
