## Description

The Quality Assurance Technician is a key contributor to product excellence, responsible for both hardware assembly and quality testing. This hands-on role involves assembling and preparing technical kits and medical equipment stations, then validating their functionality to meet internal standards and customer requirements.

The Technician will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, report, and resolve quality issues, following established procedures and ensuring each product is deployment-ready. The role requires comfort with physical hardware handling, proficiency with diagnostic tools, and a commitment to process documentation.

Primary Responsibilities:

 * Ensure product excellence and compliance with standards using all required testing tools/equipment. Assemble and configure hardware components and kits for client deployments.

 * Perform functional testing and validation of devices using proprietary platforms and online tools.

 * Ensure compliance with quality standards using appropriate diagnostic and testing equipment.

 * Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and accurately document each step.

 * Prepare and stage medical equipment stations for onsite deployment.

 * Identify, report, and help resolve product or quality issues in a timely manner.

 * Collaborate with leadership to suggest and implement process improvements.
