## About the Role

Do you have experience in User training (technical support)?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

Experience

 * At least 2 years of experience in a similar IT support or systems management role (required).

## Description

What You'll Do

 * Serve as the first line of technical support for end-users-resolving hardware, software, and network issues with speed and precision.
 * Install, configure, and maintain systems, networks, and peripherals to ensure seamless daily operations.
 * Assist in managing and optimizing the organization's network infrastructure.
 * Collaborate with other IT team members, departments, and vendors to deliver consistent and reliable service.
 * Support and help implement key IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
 * Lead user training sessions to enhance technology adoption and understanding.
 * Maintain thorough documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
 * Uphold compliance with healthcare data protection regulations, including HIPAA.
