Do you have experience in Visio?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Strong verbal and written communication skills

 * Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
 * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
 * Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost optimization
 * Understanding of business and management principles including strategic planning and resource allocation
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint) and project tools (MS Project, Visio), * Direct materials procurement and/or supply chain experience
 * Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
 * Project coordination and execution experience, * Experience within heavy machinery or equipment manufacturing industry, * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
 * Equivalent combinations accepted:
 + Associate's degree with 7+ years of experience
 + Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
 * Experience Required: 5+ years
 * Internships may count toward experience
 * PMP or PMI certification preferred

## Description

This role is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating non-IT projects across functions such as engineering, R&D, supply chain, and product initiatives. The Project/Program Manager will oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration., * Coordinate and manage projects, including developing detailed plans and integrating technical activities

 * Present proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders
 * Recruit, assign, and oversee work of project team members and support team development
 * Analyze resource requirements, technology, and market demand to assess project feasibility
 * Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams on project specifications
 * Review and approve contracts, cost estimates, and project deliverables
